This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services provided by Lumvex Digital, a digital development studio specializing in advanced, custom-built solutions for businesses worldwide.
We strive to maintain transparency and deliver exceptional quality. However, due to the nature of our digital services and products, it is important that all clients carefully read and understand the terms outlined below regarding refunds.

1. Digital Products and Services
All deliverables created by Lumvex Digital are bespoke and intangible. Once work has begun or digital assets have been delivered, they cannot be returned, resold, or revoked.
For this reason, all purchases and payments are non-refundable.

2. All Sales Are Final
By commissioning our services or purchasing any digital product from Lumvex Digital, you acknowledge and agree that:

1) You are purchasing a non-tangible, custom digital product or service.
2) Once development has started, the intellectual and creative efforts expended are not recoverable.
3) Therefore, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for completed or partially completed work.

This policy applies to all project types, including fixed-price, milestone-based, or ongoing service agreements.

3. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has commenced, you may submit a written request. In such cases, administrative fees and any time already invested in consultation, planning, or communication will be deducted from the amount paid.
Once design, development, or any related activity has begun, the project is deemed billable and no refund will be issued.

4. Quality and Client Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon specifications. If you have concerns about the quality or scope of a delivered product or service:

1) Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
2) We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer reasonable revisions or corrections within the original project scope.

However, dissatisfaction alone does not entitle a client to a refund.

5. Retainers and Ongoing Services
For recurring services (such as monthly retainers or support packages), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or services in a current billing cycle.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not provided, Lumvex Digital reserves the right to assess and address refund requests on a case-by-case basis in rare, exceptional situations.
